Directions for Use:
Take 1 heaping scoop of BULLET PROOF(tm) with 10-12 oz. of water 30-45 minutes prior to bedtime. First time users should try an initial dose of 1/2 serving and determine their sensitivity to the product. Cycle 5 days on and 2 days off. For daily dosing: for optimal results 8 hours of sleep is suggested. Do not exceed 2 servings in a 24 hour period. For best results take on an empty stomach.
