Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement when placed during normal operating hours Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on weekends.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice.

There are times that we may change your shipping method so you recieve your order quicker based on our shipping transit time knowlegdge.

When you place an order we will process your order Monday thru Friday, using shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight and destination of your order.

This is the most ethical and most conventional method used in mail order.



You may use our shipping calculator in the shopping cart to determine exact shipping costs. Most orders under 3 lbs are shipped USPS and order over 3 lbs will ship UPS ground or USPS.

All orders are shipped from New York, so depending where you are located shipping may take up to 5-7 days if shipped UPS to the west coast.



When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and method of shipment

Shipping for most orders under 3lbs will be USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. All other orders will ship UPS ground. Your choices and shipping method will be clearly indicated during the checkout process. UPS Shipping: Orders over 3lbs that are unable to fit in a United States Post Office Flat Rate Box are shipped UPS.
We are unable to ship large heavy items through the USPS because of cost. Heavier items are almost always less expensive through UPS


UPS is not available to PO Box, FPO, APO, Hawaii and Alaska

Next Day Air and other delivery options must be requested on our toll free order line for pricing and availability. Orders under 3lbs or that are able to fit in a USPS Flat Rate Box are shipped Priority, First Class or Express Mail.
Since we are In New York, Military orders to APO's and FPO's are less expensive and arrive quicker than other sites not in New York.
PO Box, FPO, APO, Hawaii and Alaska must ship USPS. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, FPO or APO. It is the cheapest way to ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

When we offer Free Shipping

At times we offer Free Shipping on orders meeting a specific criteria. We can only offer this to those orders that are shipped in the contiguous United States.

We are unable to ship heavy orders to P O Boxes due to the price as well as at times the Post Office will not accept large parcels that do not fit in your box
If you choose Free Shipping do not ship your order to a PO BOX becuase this will only slow down delivery of your order becuase a customer care respresentative will have to speak with you before we ship to get a physical address.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
